ネイルケアにもオロナインがお役立ちです。

自分でネイルアートをすることがよくあります。

重ね塗りはしょっちゅうで、凝ってしまうと爪はボロボロになってしまいます。

何回もリムーバーで落としては塗る、を繰り返していると、あっという間に爪はガサガサになり、周辺にもささくれができて、荒れた手肌に…。

爪にも保湿が必要なんですね。

そこでオロナインのお世話になります。

ネイルを落としたあとすぐに、乾燥を招くリムーバーの成分を洗い落とし、そのままオロナインを塗ります。

この時、ささくれができた指周りにも塗っておいて治療します。

オロナインの本来の用途はきず薬ですから、ささくれにもバッチリ効いてくれます。

このあと、もう料理などをしないなら、手全体に塗り込んでハンドクリームにしてもいいですね。

100円ショップで売っている、綿の手袋をはめて寝れば、翌朝にはしっとりツルツルの手になっています。

この爪ケアは、ネイルを落としたときだけではなく、塗る前にもします。

前の日にあらかじめ、爪と甘皮、爪周辺にオロナインをすりこんでおきます。

ネイルする直前に洗い落としてから塗ると、ネイルによるダメージが少ないです。

時間がある時には、オロナインを使って爪のマッサージもします。

ネイルを落とした爪にゆっくりとすり込みながら、テレビを見ながらでも、指の腹でくるくると全体をマッサージしていくと、リムーバーで白くなった爪がイキイキとしてきます。

爪が傷んだら生え変わるまで休ませるのが一番いいんでしょうけども、どうしてもネイルを続けて塗っていなければならない時は、ほぼ毎日オロナインの世話になっています。

そうしていると、二枚爪にもなりにくいですよ。
