私が行っている鼻や毛穴のケア方法について

毎日のスキンケアの際に、自分の顔を鏡で見る度に気になるのが、毛穴の汚れや目立ち方です。

特に毛穴が気になる部分が鼻で、毎日きちんと洗顔していても、鼻の毛穴の黒ずみを綺麗に取り除くことが出来ません。

学生だった頃はこの鼻の毛穴のブツブツが気になり、当時流行っていた鼻専用のパックをよくやっていました。

毛穴に詰まった汚れなどをこのパックによって一気に抜いてしまうというもので、パックを剥がすと沢山の角栓が取れてとても便利でした。

しかし、この鼻パックは角栓が取れて毛穴が綺麗に見えるのは一時的なもので、長く使い続けていると毛穴が広がる原因となってしまい、広がった毛穴には汚れが溜まりやすくなるため更に毛穴の黒ずみが酷くなってしまうということを後に知りました。

それ以来鼻のパックはやめて、時間をかけて毛穴の広がりや目立ちを抑えて行こうと思うようになりました。

鼻は顔の中でも皮脂の分泌が活発なため、汚れが溜まりやすく黒ずむことを避けられません。

それを踏まえて、私は毎日の洗顔をきちんと行い、毛穴周りを清潔にすることを心がけるようになりました。

汚れは毎日溜まるので、その溜まった汚れをその日のうちに出来るだけ洗い流すという習慣をつけました。

どんなに疲れていても、洗顔をせずに寝るということだけはしませんでした。

そんなシンプルなケアをずっと続けて来た結果、毛穴が少し小さくなり黒ずみは多少はありますが、全体的に以前よりも毛穴が目立ちにくくなったように思います。

毛穴が目立たなくなると、心なしか顔全体が若返ったような印象になったのでとても嬉しいです。

これからも洗顔による毛穴のケアを続けて行こうと思っています。
