ボディケアの贅沢

職場の同僚から誕生日プレゼントとして入浴剤とマッサージオイルをもらいました。

風呂から上がったら化粧水や乳液は使うモノの、ボディのケアなどはハンドクリームしか使ったことがなく無縁でした。

せっかくもらったので、ワクワクしながら使ってみました。まずは入浴剤。

芳醇なフローラルの香りがして、薬局で売ってるのとは違うなぁと思いながらお風呂につかりリラックス。

一人暮らしで毎日シャワーのみだったので、お風呂につかる心地よさを味わいました。

お風呂から出てもお肌はしっとりすべすべで、自分の肌？！

と疑うほどでした。そしてマッサージオイルです。

寝る支度を整え、ベッドの上で足からマッサージしていきました。

オイルというのでベトベトするのかと思っていたら意外にもサラサラしていました。

そして何と言っても香りがいい！！

入浴剤のときはフローラルでしたが、オイルの方は柑橘系の爽やかな香りです。

女の子の香りがするーと思いながら自己流でふくらはぎや太ももをマッサージしていきました。

秋で肌寒い時期だったのですが、マッサージすることで足がポカポカと温かくなりました。

血の巡りもよくなったようで足も軽くなったような気がしました。

おかげでなかなかいつも寝つけないのですが、その日はすぐに眠ることができました。

翌朝は全身がすっきりして目覚めました。

部屋にはオイルの香りが微妙に残っていて、朝から爽やかな気分でした。

使いすぎだったのかもしれませんが…普段、自分に時間をかけているヒマなどありません。

だからこそ、わざわざ時間を作って、自分のリラックスのためだけに使うことはなんて贅沢なんだろうと思いました。

これからも定期的に実施していきたいと思っています。
