乾燥肌対策はオイルに限る!

乾燥肌の私が特に悩ましいのは、足のすね、わき腹から背中にかけて、そして口の周りです。

足のすね部分は鱗のようになりとても他の人には見せられない状態。

わき腹は痒みを伴うので、会社でもゴソゴソやっています。

口の周りは夕方になるとメイクでは隠せないほど。

どこもアレコレと手を尽くし、最近は上手くケアできるようになってきました。

まず、身体は乾燥時期になると石けんで洗う頻度を少なくします。

週に1度くらい。

あとはタオルで優しくゴシゴシ擦る程度に留めています。

その後に、濡れたままベビーオイルを塗って終了。

そのあとにバスタブへ入りますが、しっとりは維持しています。

あとは簡単に水分を拭き取って完了します。

これだと鱗は出没しませんし、痒みはピッタリと止まります。

そして、口周りは基礎化粧品を工夫するよりも食べ物の影響が富に出るのだと気付きました。

だから油分を意識して摂るようにしています。

ただし、気を付けているのは油をそのまま食べるという点です。

例えば、油を使った豚カツや炒め物はどのくらい油分を摂取したのか解り辛いので避けます。

良質のオリーブオイルやココナッツオイルをスプーンで軽量して、適量を汁物に入れたり、サラダソースにしたり。

なるべく成分を壊さないまま食べる工夫もしています。

私の場合には食べたものは、早ければ２～３日中のうちに成果が顔に現れるので正しい食生活をキープできているか、そうでないかが直ぐに判るので助かっています。

乾燥肌の鍵はオイルにあると思います。
