エステティシャンに学ぶ洗顔石鹸の使い方

就労意欲がとても高い友人から「今回はエステティックサロンでバイトするから」と報告がきました。

今までにも飲食店やら市営プールやらと「遊びに来てね」とお誘いがあったのですが、エステとなるとお値段も嵩みそうだし敷居がグッと高まります。

そこで、今回は就労経験を聞かせてもらうだけにしました。

その中でとってもためになった話が洗顔石鹸の使い方についてです。

彼女が働いているエステでは、顔の施術前にメイクを落としてあげるそうなんですが、その時に使う洗顔石鹸はエステオリジナルのものだそう。

でも彼女曰く、どんな洗顔石鹸でも正しく使えば問題ないとのこと。

そこで洗顔石鹸を使った洗顔方法を教えてもらいました。

まず、顔をしっかりと濡らすというのは同じです。

そして注目すべきは、洗顔石鹸を泡立てて作る泡。

洗面器に少量のぬるま湯と洗顔石鹸を入れます。

最初は手で石鹸を溶かすようにして、石鹸水を作ります。

その石鹸水を自分の手を使って、ガシャガシャと泡立てるだけ。

それだけなのにモコモコと立派な泡が誕生します。

実際に目の前で見せてもらったのですが、お見事でした。

手を泡だて器のように使うのですが、石鹸水に空気をたっぷりと含ませるのがコツ。

そのたっぷりの泡を使って、フワフワとさせて洗顔するのですが使い心地が満点です。

「これだったら使い続ければきれいになるはず!」と、確信しました。

凄く細かい泡になるので、スッと毛穴に入り込むんだそうです。

ということで、ただいま泡立ての修行中。

モチモチ素肌を目指すべく、毎日励んでいます。
